The project focuses on Capacity Building for the innovation of Textile ecosystems in Europe. It aims to build and strengthen
innovative and resilient value chains and support the circular transition of European textile communities, to foster interregional
collaboration among different actors of the quadruple-helix and support the upskilling and the increase of textile circular solutions of less developed regions.

To be achieved through the development of cross-border cooperation plans for textile SMEs and the transfer of textile recycling hub models from more to less developed regions of TEX-BREIN
