From 17 to 19 November 2026, Enrico Venturini will represent Tuscany Fashion Cluster at the EU–South Africa Matchmaking Event in Cape Town, bringing the textile and fashion of Europe to the African technology ecosystems to create synergies and explore new joint pathways for the circular transition of the sector.
The initiative is organised by the European Commission through the European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP), in collaboration with South Africa’s Department of Small Business Development and the Enterprise Europe Network, in the context of Africa Tech Festival 2026.
Meetings between clusters and businesses, knowledge exchange and site visits will be at the heart of three days focused on building relationships and exploring opportunities for collaboration between European and South African ecosystems. Textiles and clothing are among the event’s priority sectors, alongside digital technologies, clean technologies and transport.
For Tuscany Fashion Cluster, this will be an opportunity to share expertise, establish new connections and contribute to discussions on the future of textile innovation.
