The GALACTICA project aims at promoting innovation and cross-sectoral collaboration among the aerospace, textile and advanced manufacturing sectors.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-199 alignleft lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.tecnotex.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/galactica-ok-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"390\" height=\"220\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 390px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 390\/220;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The international expedition has visited the Prato textile ecosystem to discover more about one of the most important manufacturing area at national and European level, with a strong focus on traditional textile for garment.<\/p>\n<p>The visits of the industrial district of Prato consisted in the exploration of three relevant historic textile companies involved in different segments of the textile value chain.
